About 4th Soil Ventures

The name 4th Soil Ventures comes from the parable of the sower in the Bible (Matthew 13, Mark 4, Luke 8).  In this parable Jesus explains the gospel going out and 4 different responses based on the soil (heart) of the hearer.  The Bible says with regard to the 4th soil in Matthew 13:23 "As for what was sown in good soil, this is the one who hears the word and understands it.  He indeed bears fruit and yields, in one case a hundredfold, in another sixty, and in another thirty."  Luke 8: 15 goes on to say "As for that in the good soil, they are those who, hearing the word, hold it fast in an honest and good heart, and bear fruit with patience."

So, what does this have to do with your business?

If you are a Christian who owns a business you have a great opportunity to be a light in the marketplace!  4th Soil Venture's vision is to help Christian men integrate their faith into their business for the greatest kingdom impact (100x!).  We do that by providing biblically based business coaching, consulting, and training services to male entrepreneurs and small business owners.  The aim is to grow the top line, bottom, and finish line of every client we engage.

Men need biblical encouragement, guidance, and accountability to stay on the narrow path that leads to life and produces a harvest in this dark world.  Living out the good news that Jesus has redeemed us is not just something that happens Sunday morning, but is a truth that must shine forth in everything we do.
