Josh Fonger is a Christian business coach, consultant, and advisor. He founded 4th Soil Ventures to provide biblically based business coaching, consulting, and training services to male entrepreneurs and small business owners to advance the kingdom of God. He is passionate about helping men grow their top line, bottom line, and finish line using his “100 Fold Framework” for business growth and operational excellence.
Josh has been a business coach, consultant, and advisor for over 15 years to solopreneur startup businesses to $500mm enterprises. He has personally worked with over 1,000 business owners from a myriad of industries and over 50 countries.
Josh approaches each new client engagement with a thorough assessment so that he can understand the unique challenges and goals his client has. He then takes them through his 1 year "100 Fold" framework designed to grow their business.
The marketplace is Josh's ministry. He loves helping Christian men integrate their faith into their businesses with a strategic focus on kingdom impact. As their business expands, so does the blessing it brings to their family, customers, team, church, and community for God s glory.
Josh graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor's in Architecture before getting his MBA from Arizona State University. When he is not coaching or consulting to business owners, Josh enjoys maximizing his kingdom impact with his wife and four children.

How I work with my clients
First I assess my client's goals, projects, and challenges as well as analyze the health of the business. Then I build an implementation plan based on my "100 Fold Framework for Business Growth and Operational Excellence" to organize the work and hold them accountable. After each session there will be clear action steps to complete before the following session with measurable results.
60-Minute Breakthrough Strategy Session
New coaching relationships begin here. We'll uncover the best ways for you to grow your top line, bottom line and finish line using the 100 Fold Framework. During this 1 hour Session we'll organize your priorities, set up key performance measurements and develop a 1 year plan to accomplish your goals. At the end of this Session you can choose to continue to work with me or execute on the plan alone.
One-on-One Coaching
60-minute coaching sessions customized to your unique personal and business situation to grow your top line, bottom line, and finish line. Each session will include prayer, measured accountability, project management, problem solving, and training using the 100 Fold Framework and Biblical Leadership programs. The 100 Fold Framework includes 12 training modules on Sales Growth and Operational Excellence. The Biblical Leadership program includes 12 training modules on growing as a leader in business and at home.
Remote Project Based Consulting
On a case by case basis, if I have capacity, I'll take on remote consulting work that matches my skill set. Previous work includes: Developing performance based pay plans, job descriptions, key performance indicators, project management, procedure documentation, process mapping, culture workshops, writing company strategic documents (vision, values, mission, 1-year plan, 5-year plan), executive coaching for key team members, sales scripts, sales management, email marketing sequences, employee reviews, employee interviews, and creating job ads.
